FOOD
With his food, Head Chef Justin Aubrey and a band of like minded enthusiasts have made the reputation of The Earl Spencer as being a great pub with fantastic fresh food on offer.

Dishes are chosen, developed or conceived to enhance seasonal produce. The menu changes for both the lunch and dinner with fresh bread being baked for each service.

All food is prepared by hand and cooked on the premises with care and attention to detail at all times, often with a little passion!

FUNCTION ROOM FOOD
The food on offer here is of the same high standard as the pub downstairs. It ranges from seasonal three or four course menus (see sample menus attached), through hot/cold self-service buffet style food down to finger food/canapés for non-seated functions.

Our chefs will be happy to help and guide you in planning the menu for your special event and will be happy to cook any specific dishes that may be required ranging from the indulgent and substantial through to lighter choices.

WINE
The wines are chosen to incorporate grape varieties or styles that will compliment our food or will stand alone as good examples of interesting and good to drink wine.
