FOOD
With his food, Head Chef Justin Aubrey and a band of like minded enthusiasts have made the reputation of The Earl Spencer as being a great pub with fantastic fresh food on offer.

Dishes are chosen or invented to enhance the best of seasonal produce. Menus change twice daily and fresh bread made for both lunch and dinner services.

All food is prepared by hand and cooked on the premises with care and attention to detail at all times, often with a little passion!

FUNCTION ROOM FOOD
We are fortunate to have a large, airy, self contained function room on the first floor at The Earl Spencer.

The room has been totally refurbished and offers a seperate entrance, kitchen, bar and toilets.

Food prepared here is of the same high standard as in the pub and ranges from our regular gastronomique evenings, weddings, private dining, parties, wine tastings, business and training events.

WINE
The wines are chosen to incorporate grape varieties or styles that will compliment our food or will stand alone as good examples of interesting and good to drink wine.
